These terms describe the benefits, recognition, ticket allocations, and limitations associated with paid sponsorships for the 2026 Starfall Ball. Unless otherwise stated below, sponsorship benefits apply only to the sponsorship level purchased. All payments are due at the time of sponsorship unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

High Fae Sponsorship — $750

Five (5) sponsorships available. High Fae Sponsors support the event bags provided to Starfall Ball VIP guests, including VIP/event bag needs.

• Includes two (2) Starfall Ball VIP tickets per sponsorship purchased.
• Sponsor will be tagged in applicable Starfall Ball social media posts published by Frontier Exchange Co.
• Sponsor logo will receive prominent sizing and positioning on applicable printed materials displayed on the day of the event.
• Sponsor logo will be printed on the event bags and prominently displayed on the table toppers.
• High Fae sponsor logos will be displayed at equal size unless a sponsor purchases multiple High Fae sponsorships.
• The cash sponsorship amount may be reduced by an agreed-upon value for approved items donated by the sponsor for inclusion in the event bags.
• Any reduction must be approved by the event organizers before the sponsorship is finalized.
• Any remaining balance after applying the approved in-kind sponsorship credit must be paid in cash so that the combined cash payment and approved in-kind contribution equal the full $750 sponsorship value.
• No flyer or print advertising is included outside of the day of the event.

Inner Circle Sponsorship — $500

Five (5) sponsorships available. Inner Circle sponsorship funds help to underwrite the cost of beverages for the Starfall Ball.

• Includes two (2) Starfall Ball general admission (GA) tickets per sponsorship purchased.
• Sponsor will be tagged in applicable Starfall Ball social media posts published by Frontier Exchange Co. during the two (2) weeks leading up to the event.
• Signs will be displayed at the bar and coffee stand areas stating, "Drink Tickets Sponsored By The Inner Circle" and identifying the Inner Circle Sponsors via logos provided at the time of sponsorship application.
• Sponsor logos will be displayed at equal size unless a sponsor purchases multiple Inner Circle sponsorships.
• Sponsor logo will be included on event table toppers at a smaller size than the High Fae sponsor logos.
• No flyer or print advertising is included outside of the day of the event.

Court Sponsorship — $250

Five (5) sponsorships available. Court Sponsors help to provide for essential plates, cups, and napkins for the Starfall Ball.

• Includes one (1) Starfall Ball general admission (GA) ticket per sponsorship purchased.
• Sponsor will be tagged in applicable Starfall Ball social media posts published by Frontier Exchange Co. during the forty-eight (48) hours leading up to the event.
• All five (5) Court sponsor logos will appear together on event napkins.
• Court sponsor logos will be displayed at equal size unless a sponsor purchases multiple Court sponsorships.
• Sponsor logo will be included on event table toppers at a smaller size than the High Fae and Inner Circle sponsor logos.
• No flyer or print advertising is included outside of the day of the event.

Community Sponsorship — $100

Ten (10) sponsorships are currently available. Community Sponsorships support event incidentals, including T-shirts and other event-related costs.

• No complimentary Starfall Ball ticket is included.
• One (1) general admission (GA) ticket per Community Sponsorship purchased will be held in reserve by Adelphos Cellars and guaranteed to be available for purchase by the sponsor for $100.
• No social media tagging or dedicated social media recognition is included.
• Sponsor logo will be included with other Community Sponsor logos on event table toppers. Community Sponsor logos will be smaller than the logos used for higher sponsorship levels.
• No flyer or print advertising is included outside of the day of the event.

Community Sponsors may purchase one (1) Starfall Ball general admission (GA) ticket for $100 per sponsorship purchased.

General Sponsorship Terms

• Sponsorship inventory is limited and subject to availability. A sponsorship is accepted when payment or other approved consideration is received and accepted by the event organizers.
• Ticket benefits are tied to each sponsorship purchased and remain subject to applicable event ticketing procedures.
• Social media recognition applies only to applicable Starfall Ball content posted by Frontier Exchange Co.; Adelphos Cellars and Meet Me In The Stacks do not guarantee social media posts.
• Sponsors must provide usable, print-quality logos and requested brand assets by the deadline communicated by organizers. Late or unusable artwork may limit inclusion.
• Logo placement, dimensions, production method, and final layout remain subject to reasonable design and production requirements.
• Printed advertising is limited to event-day materials and the specific sponsored items described for each level unless separately agreed to in writing.
• Approved High Fae in-kind contributions must be approved in advance, including items, quantity, suitability, delivery deadline, and sponsorship credit.
• Sponsorship does not create an ownership, partnership, employment, agency, or endorsement relationship among the sponsor, Adelphos Cellars, Frontier Exchange Co., Meet Me In The Stacks, or other event vendors/providers.
• All sponsorship payments and approved in-kind contributions are non-refundable once accepted. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, benefits transfer to the rescheduled event. If canceled and not rescheduled, payments remain non-refundable and approved in-kind contributions will not be returned.
• Organizers may make reasonable substitutions or adjustments to recognition placement when required by printing, production, venue, safety, or operational constraints while making commercially reasonable efforts to preserve the purchased benefit.
