IMPORTANT REMINDERS & POLICIES

1. Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date. Your booking is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid. All deposits are final and non-transferable to another date or order.
2. Payment Schedule
The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days before your event date. Unpaid balances after this deadline will result in automatic cancellation of your order and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
3. Availability
Submitting this form does not guarantee your booking. All orders are subject to review and availability.
After submitting this form, we will review your order and contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm details and issue an invoice if your request is accepted. Frosted Castle reserves the right to decline requests based on scheduling capacity.
4. Changes & Cancellations
All change requests must be made at least 7 days before your event date and are subject to approval.
Cancellations after the deposit is made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the event date changes and Frosted Castle is unavailable, the deposit cannot be credited or refunded.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Please arrive on time for pickup, or ensure someone is available to receive delivery. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in a fee or cancellation without refund.
6. Product Care & Liability
All items are handled with care prior to pickup or delivery. Once the order leaves Frosted Castle, we are not responsible for damages, melting, or mishandling during transport or storage. Please follow the care instructions for the best experience.
7. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting this form, you agree to Frosted Castle's policies, including payment terms, refund conditions, and handling requirements. These terms are binding to protect both your order and our business.
8. Custom & Large Orders
Custom orders and large event orders may require full payment at the time of booking. Large orders include party packages, dessert tables, and high-volume event orders. Custom orders include edible images, edible gold or glitter, multiple color schemes, specialty decorations, acrylic sticks, ribbons, frames, and other personalized enhancements.
Custom and large orders should be booked at least 2 months in advance whenever possible.
9. Rescheduling
Orders may be rescheduled to a new date if written notice is provided at least 15 days prior to the original event date and the requested date is available. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before a rescheduled date can be confirmed.
10. Allergy Notice
Frosted Castle products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
