N1 Withdrawal Request Form
Please review the instructions carefully before submitting your withdrawal request.
Please note that all students requesting to withdraw after the 6th week of teaching are liable for fees and the courses would not be removed.
Form Instructions
Withdrawals are not permitted once grades have been posted for the semester.
If a student has documented, extenuating circumstances, a petition may be submitted for review.
Requests submitted after the sixth (6th) week of teaching will result in incurred fees.
Letters will be processed and sent via email to the student’s official UWI email or personal email address after the record is updated.
The student is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.
