Job Description:
- Follow the standard operating procedures and provide 1st level IT support including username & password issues, verification of hardware and software, install issues, application setup and so on
- Assist and learn in IT infrastructure activities (networks/servers)
- Record, track and escalate incidents via our ticketing system
- Document technical procedures for new technologies as well as update/maintain existing technical documentation
- Responsible for onboarding, offboarding and modifications to user accounts and access
- Coordinate with various vendors and assist in the procurement of IT solutions and cyber security assessments
- Perform security and operating system updates, software deployment and troubleshooting
- Responsible for internal user integration/technical & security training
- Opportunity to gain full experience in entire IT system management

Requirements:

Collaborative communication skills (written and oral) - Ability to convert and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Ability to find requirements and break them down into actionable execution plans for the team and proactively identify problems

Passion in doing excellent work, willingness to learn, and strong sense of curiosity
