This form is for payment of GBN State Dues for individual clubs, NOT for individuals to pay GBN. ALL GBN State dues are paid to your respective club.

(#1) STATE DUES (YEARY): GBN State dues for existing/returning clubs (yearly); minimum of 8 members for existing/returning clubs. **NOTE: Payment processed between Feb. 1 and Mar 31, a 10% penalty will be APPLIED to amount due for existing clubs. Yearly club state dues closes on Mar 31 at 12pm midnight for existing clubs.

(#2) MEMBER ADDITIONS: Payment is for member addition(s) to an existing/active club roster (deadline is July 1 to be ACTIVE for ASC).

(#3) NEW CLUBS: GBN State dues (yearly) for new clubs (first time payment) - minimum of 6 members.
