2026 Depot Day Sponsorships

  • Now celebrating its 39th year, the annual Depot Day Festival will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Historic Downtown Gainesville. Held each year on the second Saturday in October, Depot Day has grown into one of Gainesville’s signature events welcoming approximately 10,000 attendees from across the region for a day filled with community spirit, entertainment, shopping, and family fun.

    The festival begins at 10:00 AM and continues through 4:00 PM, featuring a Kids Zone, Arts & Crafts vendors, live entertainment, and one of North Texas’ premier Auto Shows with more than 200 vehicles on display.

    Depot Day remains completely free to the public, allowing families, residents, and visitors. The event not only celebrates Gainesville, but also drives tourism, supports local businesses, and showcases the energy and pride of our community.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $5.00 service fee or the processing fees of merchant service for both the charge and refund. Sponsorship cancellation must be received by GACC 90 days prior to the event unless publicity has begun. If the company has received publicity, no cancellation/refund will be given. The above policy applies to all GACC Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
