I acknowledge that this class does not include live fire, live ammunition use, or shooting activities. Training may include demonstrations and the handling of inert, unloaded, disabled, replica, or training firearms under direct instructor supervision.

I understand that participation in any educational or physical activity carries some level of inherent risk. Potential risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Minor accidental injury from training equipment
- Emotional discomfort or anxiety related to safety topics
- Slips, trips, falls, or other general classroom-related injuries
- Improper handling of training equipment despite supervision
I understand that Gallatin Community Gun Club prioritizes safety and that instructors will provide supervision, instruction, and safety guidance throughout the class. However, I acknowledge that risks cannot be completely eliminated.
I voluntarily allow my child to participate and assume responsibility for risks associated with participation.
3. Participant Expectations
I understand and agree that my child is expected to:
- Follow all instructor directions immediately
- Participate respectfully and safely
- Follow all firearm safety rules taught during class
- Handle any training equipment only when instructed to do so

I understand that unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class if necessary to maintain a safe learning environment.
