Looking for more personalized instruction? Our Private Firearms Training offers one-on-one training tailored to your experience level, goals, and comfort level. Whether you’re brand new to firearms, looking to build confidence, improve specific skills, or get extra range time with instructor guidance, these trainings provide flexible, individualized training in a safe and supportive environment. Topics may include firearm safety, handgun or carbine fundamentals, marksmanship, concealed carry concepts, dry fire practice, and more. Open to all experience levels.

$50 for the first two hours, then $50/hour after the first two hours.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in private instruction sessions offered by Gallatin Community Gun Club (GCGC) may involve activities including, but not limited to:
- Firearm handling and operation
- Live-fire range training
- Dry-fire training
- Physical movement and drills
- Use of training equipment and accessories
- Emergency medical or preparedness instruction
- Exposure to loud noises, projectiles, and environmental hazards
- I understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including serious bodily injury, permanent disability, emotional distress, property damage, or death. Risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, equipment malfunction, environmental conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Safety Agreement
I agree to:
- Follow all instructor directions immediately and completely
- Follow all range rules and safety procedures
- Handle all firearms safely and responsibly
- Inform the instructor of any medical, physical, or emotional conditions that may impact participation
- Refrain from participating under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or impairing substances
- Stop participation immediately if instructed to do so for safety reason
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Gallatin Community Gun Club (GCGC), its officers, directors, instructors, volunteers, range facilities, property owners, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in private instruction sessions.

This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence but does not include gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize GCGC staff, instructors, or emergency personnel to obtain medical treatment deemed necessary for my care.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
I understand that once my session is scheduled, I will receive an invoice via email that will need to be paid prior to our scheduled session. Failure to pay will result in a cancelled session.
If you need to cancel your registration, please email us at admin@gallatincommunitygunclub.org. Refunds are available with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled private session. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
