Galloway Tax Express is a remote and mobile tax preparation company, preparing tax returns as a paperless office. We ask that you completely fill out the following form as questions apply to your tax situation.
Remote Tax Preparation Clients: Once you fill out the form, we will immediately receive your information and start preparing your return. After return is complete, you will receive forms to electronically sign and an invoice via email, to sign, make payment and send back to GTE. When we receive forms and payment, your return will be sent to the IRS & State. After your return is submitted to the IRS & State, we will email you a copy of your completed tax return. This is same day service. For more complex tax returns, service may take up to 3 days.
Mobile Tax Preparation Clients: After you fill out the form, you can choose to make an appointment with an option of three locations (Your home, W-S Downtown Library or Panera Bread on Miller St.) or have us to prepare your return remotely where you do not have to leave your home, just upload your forms and send them to us. All in-person clients have to make an appointment in advance.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ID IS VALID and YOU HAVE ALL SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS FOR YOURSELF/SPOUSE, IF APPLICABLE, and DEPENDENTS. IF NOT YOUR RETURN CANNOT BE PROCESSED, NO EXCEPTIONS, THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE IRS AND BANK THAT ISSUES YOUR REFUND.
ALL tax returns will be send to you email after it is complete. Payments options include Cash, Withholding (File now, pay later) and Debit/Credit Card.

Check all that apply--PLEASE NOTE: IRS will not release refunds until February 27, 2018. ALL REFUND ADVANCES ARE PLACED ON A CHECKCARD AND YOU CAN CHOOSE TO RECEIVE THE REMAINING REFUND IN A CHECK.
If you have a online bank issued Check Card, you must have Routing Number and Bank Account Number for your refund to be deposited on the card, no exceptions, it is the same as having your refund go Direct Deposit. If your refund cannot be placed on the card by the bank, your refund will be converted over to a check, no exceptions.
