Hey there! I'm Joe Gray - aka Gray Matter Lifting... I've been lifting from home since 2013... Want to join the Garage Gym Community with me? Sweet! Let's get started. Fill out the below and we can work on some back and forth options to get you going.
  • Identify the main exercises, types of workouts, etc. you want to be able to do first. If you want to be a Powerlifter, Bodybuilder, Crossfit athlete, do P90X, or whatever, those will make a difference. Do you have a spouse who will use it? How about some kids? Friends coming over to lift? Details help make sure we identify what we need.

  • The limiting factor for most home gyms is space. Keep in mind the rooms length, width and height. Also please make note on whether this is DEDICATED space, as in... you do not need to move anything around... or if this is SHARED space, as in... you will move it out of the way to park a car, or have a workshop there, need to store bikes, etc.

  • Figure out what your budget is as a starting place, and then what you are comfortable spending after that. You may decide that you have 2000 dollars to start, and you'll spend the savings of a gym membership each year on upgrades and additions. Whatever it is, figure it out so we can plan your purchases, you can feel good about what you bought, and hopefully not put yourself into debt trying to get this accomplished.

  • This is where you can include items such as... preference for American Made, small shops, quick shipping, Amazon Prime, aesthetic requirements, or anything else that might factor into the equipment being recommended.

  • Should be Empty:
