GBPC is an active and thriving church so our building is in use most days and evenings. We need to schedule room space to ensure space conflicts do not occur. Please first check that the space you are requesting is available: Building Use Calendar.

Group Leader Responsibilities*

Will be responsible for cleaning commonly touched surfaces at the end of the meeting. A Room Cleaning Checklist will be provided.Will be responsible to keep a list of attendees to facilitate contact tracing if needed.If you are not a registered LIFE or Support Group at GBPC, please fill out the Building Use Form on our website to reserve space for your group.If appropriate, consider leaving the meeting space door open.Childcare for registered LIFE or Support Groups will be offered when space/childcare workers are available.

The above named group agrees to release the Presbytery of Eastern Virginia, Great Bridge Presbyterian Church and all those associated with the church from responsibility or liability due to injury, accident, loss or damage in any way arising out of the use of church facilities.
