    The following defaults apply when the Carrier selects a home-nightly operating profile. Values may be negotiated prior to signature and finalized in Exhibit A.
    Definitions:
    - Minimum Day Rate is the floor for same day short haul
    - Deadhead Cap is the maximum authorized reposition
    - Geofence Radius is the backhaul search radius from home base.

    Paired Offers: Outbound + Backhaul may be presented as a paired Qualified Offer set and count toward the daily offer cap.
    Backhaul Cutoff: If no viable backhaul by T-2 hours from final delivery, SteadFast Lane Solutions will execute the contingency:
    (a) same day short haul at or above the listed Minimum Day Rate; or
    (b) authorized deadhead up to the listed Deadhead Cap.
    After hours and admin counters apply per plan.
    No Forced Dispatch remains in effect; repeated declines trigger a preferences reset or pause per SLAs.

    Operating guidelines:
    Paired outbound/backhaul when feasible 
    backhaul cutoff T-2 hours → dispatch will either
    (a) book a same-day short haul ≥ Minimum Day Rate, or (b) authorize deadhead ≤ Deadhead Cap toward home/next origin.
    Counting Loads: a backhaul with its own RC is a separate load; multi-stop under one RC is one load.

    Payment & SLAs
    · Payment: Net 7 from invoice date. Late: 1.5%/month (non-compounding).
    · SLAs: Driver response ≤45 min; Document return ≤12 hrs; Dispute initial determination ≤3 business days. Document Standards: Upload via the provided link; PDF/JPG, legible, one BOL per load. Resubmissions due to incomplete scans may be counted as an admin ticket.
    · Safeguards: Onboarding $25 only if first three consecutive qualified offers are all rejected. Availability Floor $50 only with no 48-hour unavailability notice and zero loads that week.
    · After-hours overages: $25 each beyond the plan counters.
