Book a booth or table in the Re:Union Bar by calling the bar on 0141 273 1827 or by speaking to one of the bar staff.

Book an Event or Stall

Book an event or stall for your network, group, affiliated sports clubs or societies or for students organising events for their coursework and a Students' Association or GCU staff organising an event.

Please provide at least 5 working days notice for bookings. You will receive a confirmation email when the booking has been accepted.

Event Bookings - please note that event organisers cannot book the entire bar area but will be allocated part of the space for your event. You can ask for a fee to those attending the event within the events space but the rest of the bar area must be open and free for students to use.

Selling Tickets for your Event

If you are selling tickets for entry to your event then we will rope off an area within the Re:Union Bar & Grill. Tickets for events like a quiz, showing film etc do not necessarily required a roped off area. You can sell tickets through the Students' Association website (no transaction fees). You cannot sell tickets that restrict entry to the entire Re:Union Bar & Grill.

Event Catering

The Re:Union Bar & Grill is a fully licensed bar. External catering is not allowed to be brought within this area (exception of approved bake sales). Please contact Baxter Storey directly to arrange catering for your event. Email hospitality@baxterstorey.com for a quote, providing them with sufficient notice.

External Speakers

External Speakers are any individual or organisation who is not a student or member of staff from GCU or the Students' Association.

PA Sound System, Mics, Playing Music & Projector

There is a PA sound system in the Re:Union Bar & Grill with two microphones and a cable to plug in your laptop to play music. There is also a computer and ceiling projector. This is a relatively simple set-up. You can borrow and return the microphones from behind the bar.
Additional Audio Visual Support

If you want additional audio visual support e.g. PA for a band or DJ, please contact audio@radiocaley.com and let them know your requirements.

Radio Caley can supply additional support for your event. There will be a small charge for the hire of equipment and any support. This Equipment must be booked with at least 72 hours notice of your event.
