    Session 2: Strategic Influence and Navigating Office Politics

    Key Takeaway: Learn to leverage strategic influence and navigate office politics by building strong networks, managing perceptions, and balancing relational dynamics to enhance leadership effectiveness.


    Session 3: Psychological Safety in Virtual Workspaces

    Key Takeaway: Create and sustain a psychologically safe virtual workspace by fostering open communication, trust, and autonomy, allowing team members to feel empowered and confident in contributing ideas.


    Session 4: Leading Through Uncertainty and Crisis

    Key Takeaway: Learn to lead through uncertainty by cultivating resilience and adaptability, using a clear vision to guide teams through crises while maintaining a sense of purpose and stability.


    Session 5: Resilient Parenting and Role Modeling

    Session 6: Adapting Leadership Across Cultures

    Sessions will be held bi-monthly for 90 minutes and an additional 30 minutes for networking.

    • To reach your desired goal you'll be thoroughly persistent.
    • Remember it's a journey we'll have to walk together till we reach the end.

    Policy on Session Attendance and Participation

    No Rescheduling: Sessions are scheduled as per the original timeline. No rescheduling will be allowed.
    Session Recordings: All sessions will be recorded and made available for review in the main rooms.
    Handouts: Handouts will be provided for each session to support learning.
    Ownership of Learning: Members are expected to take full responsibility for their learning journey. This includes independently reviewing session recordings and notes.

    By attending, members agree to adhere to this policy for a productive and accountable experience.


    Programs & Courses: Payments for group programs, courses, and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be postponed or credited toward future programs.
