All vendor fees are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, transfers, exchanges, or credits will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, weather, venue changes, acts of God, or any other reason.

WIFE Support LIFE Support, LLC does not guarantee sales, customer traffic, leads, profits, or any specific return on investment. Vendor participation is for the opportunity to promote and sell products and/or services. Each vendor is solely responsible for marketing their business, engaging attendees, processing sales, and complying with all applicable laws, permits, and tax requirements.

By submitting this Vendor Registration Form, making payment, and electronically signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Vendor Payment & Sales Policy and all event terms and conditions. I understand that my vendor fee is non-refundable and that participation in this event does not guarantee sales or financial success. I further acknowledge that my electronic signature is legally binding and has the same force and effect as my handwritten signature.
I acknowledge that while I may voluntarily close my vendor booth or depart the event prior to its scheduled end time, any decision to do so is made at my sole discretion. I further understand and agree that early departure does not entitle me to a refund, credit, discount, or any reduction of the vendor fee, all of which are final and non-refundable.
