Membership Terms, Obligations, and Rules
Membership in Snap Food Products Local Community Buying Group only requires its members to agree to only a few specific obligations.
Below are the requirements for membership in our group. Our group does not require significant out-of-pocket initial investments, volunteer service, labor commitments, or any other commitments of our members, as most Buying groups usually require of their members.
Snap has only a few requirements for our members to be in the group.
1. Pay a one-time annual Registration Fee of $25.00 to guarantee your intended participation in the group. This fee helps cover administrative costs incurred in providing our members with information on our service and frequent offers. Waived for the first 50 Charter Members to Pre-Register and Commit.
2. Members must agree to join the group for a Minimum Term of at least 3 Months; longer-term agreements are suggested for the benefit of all members.
3. Pick and agree to a Specific Monthly Assorted Meat Variety Pack Plan that fits your family budget and needs for the duration of your agreed-upon Monthly Term Arrangement. Each plan will include a selection of Beef, Pork, and Chicken products
The Family Plan #1 $25.00 Week - Payment of $100.00 a Month
The Family Plan #2 $30.00 Week - Payment of $120.00 a Month
The Family Plan #3 $40.00 Week - Payment of $160.00 a Month
The Family Plan #4 $45.00 Week - Payment of $180.00 a Month
The Family Plan #5 $50.00 Week - Payment of $200.00 a Month
The Family Plan #6 $60.00 Week - Payment of $240.00 a Month
The Family Plan #7 $75.00 Week - Payment of $300.00 a Month
4. You must provide a valid debit or credit card and agree to recurring weekly or monthly payments for the duration of your monthly plan agreement.
5. Pick a Regular Delivery Option for your Zip Code or Choose the Pick Up Option
( Free Local Home Delivery will be available to select zip codes. ( Some Restrictions Apply.) You can also choose our low-cost out-of-area delivery option, or you may choose to pick up your products at a safe local community service location when they are available.
6. Understand and agree that payment is due at the time of placing your order for any Additional General Grocery Items. (eg, Meats, Produce, Fruit Items, General Grocery Items, Frozen Products, Dairy and Deli Items, and all other Specially Offered Products ) These Items are Not Included in your Regular Assorted Meat Variety Pack Membership Plan Price.
Each Special Product Offered will have its own special low price, providing you with the same savings of up to 60% or More. These items are frequently offered and available to all members, and you may or may not take advantage of all the offers made available to members.
Agreement Section B - E-Sign Authorization
E-Signature Authorization
By authorizing your E-Signature for the Membership Agreement below, you agree to participate in the Snap Food Products Local Buying Group. Your membership does not facilitate participation in the group's business administration, business operations, or any other functions related to the group in any way.
Your only membership requirement and responsibility are to pay the Annual Registration Fee, if applicable, in advance when applying for membership in the group.
As a Member of the Group, you agree to follow the rules of membership as set forth in Section A of the document above. In addition, you also agree to comply with and agree to satisfy all Financial Obligations for the Full Term of your Membership. If you fail to fulfill your obligations as agreed at the time of registration.
As a member, you must pick the Family Plan best suited for your family's needs and budget. Payments will be set to a monthly auto-pay plan and automatically deducted from your chosen and preferred payment method.
The Family Plan Assorted Meat Variety Pack of your choice is for the full term of your membership option. You may INCREASE YOUR PLAN TO THE NEXT LEVEL if necessary to fit your family's needs. However, you cannot request a lower plan without special circumstances that limit your ability to keep up with payments.
You must choose a Pick Up or Delivery Schedule option and adhere to it for the full term of your plan. Required changes may incur additional charges.
The undersigned also agrees and understands that any add-on purchases, such as other general grocery items offered and purchased, participation in any bulk buy options, group buy options, or special orders, are charged separately to your account.
As per your Agreement of membership, Snap Foods agrees to provide members with Quality Fresh or Frozen products at all times. Snap also agrees to provide the best possible savings to its members on the products offered at all times, to the best of its ability. In some rare cases, you may find comparable products at a lower price at some retail locations. But seldom will this happen.
Member Requirements:
1. Members must pick up their orders at the designated Pick-up Location as per the assigned Pick-up schedule. Failure to pick up orders at the time of pickup will result in the order being returned to our commissary facility until it is claimed.
3. Members requiring delivery must have an authorized person at home to accept delivery of their order. Failure to have someone home to accept an order at the time of the Delivery will result in the order being returned to our commissary facility until claimed.
4. Members must continually provide a Valid Debit Card, Credit Card, or EBT Card on file with Snap Foods to fulfill their financial obligations as members. In the case that we accept Florida EBT cards, members must keep their card Information on File with Snap Foods to ensure that orders are paid for.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method on file with Snap may result in a $50.00 non-commitment Fee being charged and the possibility of your account being turned over to a collection agency.
