Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of relevant experience working in a high-end food and beverage establishment.
Excellent multitasker with experience managing high-quality operations across various sites.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication; well-equipped to motivate and direct a team that reflects the diversity of its members.
Proven ability to work under pressure and in a high-volume setting without sacrificing quality.
For chefs: Extensive familiarity with regional and global cuisines, flavour profiles, spices, and cooking methods.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitary requirements in addition to valid culinary certificates.
