Welcome! Submit applications for camp participants here. If you are interested in registering a Leader in Training, please go back to our main camp page - there is a separate form for LITS.

This application has four parts, including:

	Details + What you need to have ready
1. Dates/times for camps	Includes waitlist options. Please limit your selection to three weeks to start. If you would like more weeks, please add your child to the waitlist.
2. Particpant information	Register one camper at a time; supply extra details we should know about.
3. Emergency, consent and confirmation	Make sure you have emergency contact info handy
4. Parent & guardian + payment option	Etransfer: if you would like to pay via e-transfer, please send funds via e-mail using the instructions provided in your confirmation email. Credit card: This form accepts credit card payments via square. Have your card ready if this will be your method of payment. NEW: due to the high costs of payment processors, we require a $5.00 processing fee for each week you have registered for. Debit: If you wish to pay by debit or cheque, we will accept payments at the Ken Danby community room. There is a $5.00 processing fee for each week a camper is registered with credit card/debit payments. Start by selecting your preferred date(s). Only one participant may be registered at a time.
Please note, there is a waitlist option for additional weeks.
1a. General Day Camp Registration - $160.00. Short week $130.00

Please register your camper for 3 weeks maximum to start. Day camps operate from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please drop off your child no earlier that 8:50 a.m. If you have questions about our age categories, please review our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) section on our camp page.
Please note that our Neighbourhood Support Worker is away on vacation from August 5 to 15. If you are applying for camp, you may still choose to pay via e-transfer, but your receipt will not be sent to you until she returns. Paying by credit card is an option if you would like to receive an automatic receipt.

1b. Extended Care Registration - $25.00 per week

Extended care allows drop-off no earlier than 8:30 a.m. with pick-up no later than 4:30 p.m.

If you would like to be registered for more than two weeks, or all slots are filled for your preferred week of camp, please add yourself to the waitlist.
