NOTE: Each Rider & Passenger needs to register separately. This helps ensure accuracy (head count, bike size/count, ride waivers, shirt sizes, etc.) for participants and event coordinators.

Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases IMRG Chapter 2062, its officers and/or volunteers, Indian Motorcycle, event sponsors and/or their volunteers (Organizers) from all liability relating to injuries or loss that may occur before, during, or after the South Region IMRG Roundup on September 9th-13th, 2026.

By selecting the "yes" button below, you digitally sign this agreement and agree to hold the Organizers entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries or loss incurred, regardless of whether injuries or loss are caused by negligence.

You also acknowledge the risks involved in motorcycle riding. These include (but are not limited to) physical injury, death, damage, or loss of property.

You swear that you are participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to you.

Additionally, you do not have any conditions that will impair my likelihood of safe riding while engaging in this activity.

You forfeit all rights to bring suit against the Organizers by signing below.

In return, you will be allowed (and expected) to ride safely with the other riders in the event, and you will also make every effort to obey the traffic laws of the state of Colorado and any safety briefing, as explained to me verbally during the pre-ride setup.

You will ask for clarification when needed. If you don’t ask for clarification, you understand the nature of the risks and completely release the above organizations and individuals.
