Participant Waiver & Consent Agreement

• I understand that participating in this event involves risks, including but not limited to exposure to colored powders, slippery surfaces, crowds, and physical activity, which may result in injury, illness, allergic reactions, or property damage.
• I confirm that I am physically able to participate and do not have any medical conditions (including respiratory issues, allergies, or skin sensitivities) that could be aggravated by this event.
  If I am registering on behalf of others, I confirm that I have informed all participants included in my registration of the nature of the event and its associated risks, and that I have the authority to accept this waiver on their behalf.
• If any participant included in this registration is under the age of 18, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor, or have obtained consent from the parent/legal guardian, and I hereby grant permission for the minor(s) to participate in this event and agree to all terms of this waiver on their behalf.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and for all individuals included in my registration.
• I release and hold harmless the Organizer and its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation, including those due to negligence.
  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims arising from my actions or the actions of those included in my registration during the event.
  I agree that all participants included in my registration will follow all event rules, including:
  • Using only approved, non-toxic powders provided by the Organizer
  • Not throwing powder directly at faces
  • Following all staff instructions 
• I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and grant permission for my image and likeness, as well as those included in my registration, to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
