ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Attendee agrees to strictly maintain the confidentiality of all other Glittergasm Events, LLC attendees, and understands that this is non-negotiable, and that failure to do so may result in their immediate expulsion and prohibition of attendance to any and all future events hosted by Glittergasm Events, LLC, without refund.
• The Attendee agrees to abide by all posted rules of Glittergasm Events, LLC understands that this is non-negotiable, and that failure to do so may result in their immediate expulsion and prohibition of attendance to any and all future events hosted by Glittergasm Events, LLC, without refund.
• The Attendee agrees to respect Glittergasm Events, LLC’s policy of remaining a sober space and agrees to neither bring intoxicants to events organized by Glittergasm Events, nor attend events organized by Glittergasm Events, LLC while under the influence of intoxicants. The Attendee understands that this is non-negotiable, and that failure to do so will result in immediate expulsion and prohibition of attendance to any and all future events hosted by Glittergasm Events, LLC, without refund.
• The Attendee agrees to ensure that they shall be at least 18 years of age on the date of the event. The Attendee agrees to verify their age with government identification.
• The Attendee understands that Glittergasm Events may take place at a private home, and as such, agrees to respect the homeowner’s wishes regarding personal property, belongings, and household equipment. The Attendee understands that this is non-negotiable, and that failure to do so will result in immediate expulsion and prohibition of attendance to any and all future events hosted by Glittergasm Events, LLC without refund.
• The Attendee agrees that they will not engage in audio recording or video recording of any sort during an event organized by Glittergasm Events, LLC. Any photography that takes place during an event organized by Glittergasm Events, LLC must follow Glittergasm Events, LLC’s photography policy and have the consent of all individuals involved. The Attendee understands that this is non-negotiable, and that violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion and prohibition of attendance to any and all future events hosted by Glittergasm Events, LLC, without refund.
• The Attendee agrees that, to ensure the safety of fellow attendees, they will neither encourage nor engage in the monetization of, nor request or accept monetary compensation for any activities during events organized by Glittergasm Events, LLC. The Attendee understands that this is non-negotiable, and that violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion and prohibition of attendance to any and all future events hosted by Glittergasm Events, LLC, without refund.
• The Attendee agrees that knowingly, willingly, and/or willfully attending and/or participating events organized by Glittergasm Events, LLC, without having abided by all applicable COVID-19-and other communicable disease-related requirements, advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols, while contagious with a communicable disease, and/or or while exhibiting symptoms of a communicable disease, will result in immediate expulsion and prohibition of attendance to any and all future events hosted by Glittergasm Events, LLC, without refund.
• The Attendee understands that Glittergasm Events may include consensual sexual behaviors practiced between willing and consenting adults. The Attendee understands and acknowledges that there is no expectation that they engage in these practices. These practices may include group sex, role-play, power exchange and other BDSM and non-BDSM sexual activities. The Attendee agrees that they do not find any of these subjects or activities to be offensive or objectionable in any manner whatsoever. Furthermore, The Attendee acknowledges that, in some circumstances, participation in sexual scenes may result in physical injury and accepts the risks inherent in participating in such activities.
• The Attendee releases Glittergasm Events LLC, the owners of the event premises and any other person assisting with or participating in this event from any claims for damages; loss of personal effects or injury (medical or otherwise) suffered by The Attendee as a result of their participation in this event.

Both Parties agree that if any part of this Agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable. Furthermore this Agreement will remain in effect in perpituity, or until substantial changes in the agreement have been implemented.


I, the Attendee signed below, hereby agree for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, and/or successors that I have read and understood the Services Provided by Glittergasm Events, LLC, and Attendee Responsibilities I am agreeing to, by signing this Agreement. I state, under penalty of perjury, that I am of legal age and sound mind to execute this Agreement. I agree to release, hold harmless, and promise not to sue Glittergasm Events, LLC, and its employees, staff, event hosts, and volunteers, from any loss, liability, claim of bodily injury or property damage, property theft, or costs which may arise due to my use of Glittergasm Events, LLC’s equipment or facilities, or from my participation in Glittergasm Events, LLC’s educational, social, or recreational events. I agree that I take sole responsibility for the consequences of any violation of Glittergasm Events, LLC’s rules, up to and including the prohibition of my future attendance. I agree that any guests I bring to an event organized by Glittergasm Events, LLC shall be informed of the rules thereof, and further agree that their conduct reflects upon my attendance and accept the responsibility of their behavior, which may include loss of my guest privileges. I agree that this Agreement shall apply for the duration of my attendance at Glittergasm Events, LLC, without limitation.

 

This is a mandatory requirement and must be done prior to commencement of each Event. Anyone failing to do so will not be permitted to attend or participate.

By signing below I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Liability Release Waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; That I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in signing this Communicable Disease Liability Release Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation. Furthermore I understand that this Agreement will remain in effect in perpituity, or until substantial changes in the agreement have been implemented.
