Per the policy, it must be at least 48 hours prior to the date of absence, or on the same day for illness-related absences.

90 minute class make-ups

This is reserved for students who already take 90 minute class sessions.
Make-up Class Date Selection (must be within 30 days from the day of absence). If you don't see an option for the date that you want, that means it is full or we are closed that day.
60 minute class make-ups*

This is reserved *ONLY for students who already take 60 minute class sessions.
Make-up Class Date Selection (must be within 30 days from the day of absence). If you don't see an option for the date that you want, that means it is full or we are closed that day.

Makeup Policies:

1. Please inform us at least 48 hours for non-illness related absences, and at least 4 hours before class for illness-related absences.

2. Backdated input will be considered void and no make-up classes will be provided. All requests must be submitted before the date of absence.

3. There will be no rescheduling once the make-up class is scheduled.

4. Make-up class(es) must be done within 30 days from the day of absence. Any replacement classes scheduled after 30 days will also be considered void and no make-up classes will be provided.

5. The make-up class is confirmed upon submission. In the event that there is a scheduling issue, the office will reach out to you.

6. There will not be any reminders for make-up classes. Please ensure that you have set your own reminders.

7. Absences cannot roll over as an "additional class", i.e. skip a week. There will be a $10 charge per child if this request is made.
