Waiver and Release of Liability

Participation, Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
I acknowledge that my child(ren)’s participation in Global Art Dublin activities involves the use of various materials (e.g., paints, glues, pastels, tools, fabric, wax, plaster, dyes, and natural objects), which carry inherent risks. I affirm that my child(ren) is/are capable of following instructions and safely participating in these activities. I understand and accept the risks, including potential injury. By enrolling my child(ren), I agree to release and hold harmless Global Art Dublin, its staff, volunteers, and property owners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation. This waiver extends to myself and all members of my family.

Art Camp Guidelines

Please take a moment to be familiar with a few housekeeping items below. The same guidelines apply to workshops.

ARRIVAL, PICKUPS, PRE-BOOK EXTENDED CARE
Doors open at 8:55 AM. Sessions start promptly at 9:00 AM. Please don't drop off early or leave children unsupervised. Late arrivals won't receive extra time | Drop-ins before 8:55AM will be charged at the rate $1 per minute. Late pickups: The rate of $1 per 1 minute will be applied 5 minutes after the dismissal time at 3:00PM | Extended care: It will be charged at the rate $1 per 1minute, if it is booked within less than 24hours of the start time, e.g. 30mins of extended care will be charged at the rate $30 and etc. 

SCHEDULE CHANGE
Changes are allowed up to 3 days before camp; $10 fee per session | Unexpected Incidents: Sick children (e.g., fever, cough, rash) should stay home—call us to reschedule or get credit (no refunds; $10 rescheduling fee). If illness occurs during camp, parents will be contacted for immediate pickup.

CLOTHES & LUNCH 
We’re not responsible for stained clothes. Bring a non-microwavable lunch, snacks, and a water bottle. No food is provided, microwaved, or refrigerated.

UNREASONABLE CONDUCT
Global Art Dublin reserves the right to terminate participation without refund if a participant displays unreasonable behavior toward instructors or other children.

REGISTRATIONS LESS THAN 24HOURS IN ADVANCE & WALK-INS 
We offer a one-time $10 fee waiver for walk-ins and last-minute sign-ups, valid only for brand-new students on their very first booking (less than 24 hours before class). Returning students and bookings made more than 24 hours in advance do not qualify, as early sign-ups already receive our best standard pricing.

All payments are final. No refunds or make-up classes for late cancelations or no shows.
