Participation, Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: I acknowledge that my child(ren)’s participation in Global Art Dublin activities involves the use of various materials (e.g., paints, glues, pastels, tools, fabric, wax, plaster, dyes, and natural objects), which carry inherent risks. I affirm that my child(ren) is/are capable of following instructions and safely participating in these activities. I understand and accept the risks, including potential injury. By enrolling my child(ren), I agree to release and hold harmless Global Art Dublin, its staff, volunteers, and property owners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation. This waiver extends to myself and all members of my family.

Trial Session Guidelines

Confirmation Required: You will receive an email from Ms.Ana (Principal) after submitting this form. Please reply to her email to confirm attendance. Unconfirmed sessions will be cancelled. (optional) Please bring your child’s drawings/sketches for reference | Parent/Legal Guardian must accompany the child. We’ll reschedule if accompanied by someone else (e.g., nanny, grandparent). Parents may wait in the lobby during the session. No-shows will not be rescheduled | Running Late or Can’t Attend? Contact us via WhatsApp/call/text at (925) 967-7620 if you’ll be late (15+ mins) or can’t make it.

Regular Lessons Guidelines

Booking additional lessons, make-up lessons & absences: Make-up lesson is scheduled as an extra lesson in a week. Lessons outside your regular schedule and absences must be submitted by Sunday 9:00PM for the upcoming week. Alternative options will be offered if fully booked. We cannot accomodate requests submitted after the deadline as our staff scheduling and pay rates are set based on the number of students as of Sunday 9:00 PM | Unused lessons - will expire at the end of the lesson period. Your lesson balance and expiry date will be shared at the time of course signup. You will also be notified when the lesson balance is low or nearing expiry. Lessons are non-transferable, and has no cash value. To extend expiry, you can renew the course before the current lesson period ends.

All payments are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE. One-time registration fee for new student is $50. Sales tax of 10.25% applies to supplies & materials purchases | Re-registration fee of $50 will apply upon resuming if your child pauses classes for more than 90 days.

4% Convenience Fee (For renewal on Credit/Debit Card) - We charge 4% convenience fee for RENEWAL payments made via Credit Card or Debit Card. To avoid it, you can make payments via Zelle, Venmo, personal checks, cash, or your bank’s bill pay option.
