IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Please Read
By completing the booking form you are agreeing to the following information (don't worry, we'll also send you a copy of this once you have filled out the form):
Stalls are free but an optional donation of £10-£20 is appreciated to help towards runnings costs. There will be a donation link when you submit your form.
STALL ASSIGNMENT:
Stalls will be assigned on a first come first served basis, a layout will be emailed to you nearer the time, so you know which stall is yours and where to load in/access it from.
LOCATION AND TIME:
COP Conference 2025 is on Friday 14 March from 10am to 3pm at Lichfield Cathedral, The Close, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 7LD
ACCESS & SETUP:
1. Set up is from 9am. Please have your stall ready for the event start time of 10am. A 5ft table is provided. Please bring your own table covering.
2. We ask that stalls are not dismantled before 3pm.
3. Vehicles must be unloaded and removed before event starts
WASTE MANAGEMENT:
1. All stalls are responsible for the storage and removal of their own rubbish, which should be taken away before leaving the Cathedral
2. Keep in mind this is a conference focused on a less polluted and a greener planet, so waste should be kept to a minimum.
ELECTRICAL:
Limited electrical supply is available. All electrical items being used must display an up-to-date PAT certificate.
