  • Reimagine The Possible, For A Better Future

    About the Event

The Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Celebration of the Possible (COP) is the region’s flagship event for sustainability and community action in Staffordshire. Working with the Staffordshire Green Network, we’re bringing together community groups, local charities, public-sector partners and changemakers to share ideas, celebrate progress, and shape a thriving, connected, and resilient future for all.

Joining Us with Your Activity Stand

Building on the success of previous years, the 2026 Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent COP will take on a festival feel, with hands-on activities, live demonstrations and immersive experiences that showcase local solutions in action — a true celebration of what’s possible for the future we want to create together.

We want to shine a light on the projects, organisations and community groups across Staffordshire that are making a difference, however big or small. This is your opportunity to showcase your impact and share the work you’re doing with a wide and engaged audience.

The Festival will explore four broad themes across the day — Energy, Food & Growing, Nature, and Circular Economy — which help shape the overall programme and visitor journey. You do not need to align directly with a specific theme to take part, but you may find that your work naturally connects to one or more of these areas.

What is important is that all activity stands offer something interactive. This could include a hands-on activity, a live demonstration, or an immersive or participatory experience that invites conversation and engagement with visitors.

Please describe your planned activity clearly in the booking form below so we can ensure a varied, engaging and well-balanced Festival experience for everyone.
