About the Role
We are seeking a well spoken, highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be entrusted with a portfolio of our clients with whom you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless client experience, by providing exceptional support, and managing their accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations of investment and financial security processes.
With time and experience, you'll be able to provide guidance, and suggest ideas to the clients under your management, in a resident advisory role, in coordination with our resident consultants.
Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Assist with client onboarding, including account setup, verification, and ensuring with KYC/AML regulations.
- Manage the renewal of contracts across all lines of business by coordinating with clients and providers.
- Prepare and issue new business quotations, and apply strategies tailored to client needs and underwriting requirements.
- Maintain and update client records in the our system, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date.
- Address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any requests or concerns.
- Coordinate with partner companies.
- Proactively identify potential client interests and needs, and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
Operations Support:
- Create reports and assist on portfolio analysis projects.
- Make sure that your portfolio data is organized and up to date, by making sure that your administrative work, data entry, document management, and records are in alignment with operational procedures.
