Thank you for taking the time to consider Atlantis Group for your next career leap. Financial Behavior Consulting, or Financial Coaching, might be one of the most rewarding, yet most demanding career paths there is. We select 2 candidates every 12 months. During the 3-month trial period, the selected candidates will be trained on our Personal Financial Strategy Matrix that’s been developed over the past 28 years. Those who succeed will then become Atlantis Group FBCs, have access to the FBC Career Path, as well as the group’s wide variety of client solutions.
This position's must haves: This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of financial planning elements, people skills, good English, good time management, high reliability, and fast learning.

Once you earn the FBC title, you will be entrusted with clients introduced by the company, whom you will coach to create a Financial Freedom Ecosystem.

Please note that consultants/coaches are the face and voice of the company, they are trained and selected by our CEO. As mentioned in the introduction, we are therefore only able to accept a small number of applicants.
