About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Associate to support the daily operations of the GM office, as well as communicate with Consultants and Clients. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of professional experience who is looking to gain exposure to client relations, business operations, and financial coaching services.
The successful candidate will assist with administrative coordination, workflow management, client communication, and research to support social media content.
Basic Responsibilities
- Assist with the internal and external coordination of the GM office.
- Handle workflow management, in term of assigning clients to consultants.
- Organize the CRM elements, to keep consultants and head office synchronized.
- Assist with the preparation of internal reports and business analysis.
Advanced Responsibilities
As soon as the core conversation and communication style of the company are well grasped, with full integration:
- Contribute to the client journey by introducing the company to new clients.
- Conduct research on geopolitical developments, economic trends, and financial market updates that may be relevant to the Atlantis community and suitable for social media content.
- Support the team in identifying topics and insights that could be shared on Atlantis’ social media platforms.
