After you submit the form a link will appear to purchase the item with PayPal. Make sure to complete the PayPal email so we can join your order your payment.

If you have a sample picture you can attach it below so we know what you are looking for.

We will make a mock up and send it to the PayPal email listed below.

By clicking the submit button I understand that my order will not be completed unless I pay for my item using the PayPal button on the next page.  This item will be shipped to the address listed on the PayPal invoice.

A mockup will be sent to the email to be confirmed before your order will be made.  If you are not satisfied with the mockup provided for your custom ornament we can cancel your order at that time.  Once confirmed your order cannot be canceled.
