• All items are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present. We follow best practices to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free. Items are not inspected by the department of state health services or a local health department.
• We do offer select gluten-free sweets upon request. However, we cannot guarantee that any item is 100% gluten-free or free from cross-contamination. All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Order Pickup:
• All orders are pickup in Clymer, NY (14724) or delivered in a 35 mile radius. Exact pickup details will be emailed the Monday before your scheduled pickup day.
Payment:
• Following your order form, you'll receive an invoice via email (1-3 business days)
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations:
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup.
• We’re unable to offer refunds for orders canceled within a week of pickup, as prep and ingredients are already underway.
