PAYMENT
All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE. Packages $500 and below must be paid in FULL. Packages above $500 will be granted the options to pay a 50% deposit OR to pay in full in order to begin processing the order. The remaining balance must be paid before deliverables are given. No designs will be started without payment. Invoices will be sent via Wave Invoices.
CURRENCY
All payments are made in CAD (Canadian Dollars), unless stated otherwside by the designer. Payments are subject to currency conversion rates based on the Client's given location as stated in our policies.
COLLECTION FORM
All information that is submitted in the intake form and e-mailed before drafts are sent is what will be used be used in the completion of "The Client's" project. Anything that is not included in the form will count as a revision if "The Client" decides to include it AFTER a draft has been sent. It is vital for "The Client" to be as specific as possible in their requests, as it will prevent a large amount of revisions and possible delay in the turnaround time.
CANCELLATION + REFUNDS
All payments are 100% non-refundable, and buyer's remorse or wanting to work with another company is no exception to this policy. Due to the nature of service, no refunds can be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun. You can keep track of your order status via our client portal. If for any reason the client cancels, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client. GoodGirl Graphics does not give any refunds except in the instance that something goes wrong on our end and deters us from completing your project, such as: computer troubles, Acts of God, severe illness, injury, theft, fire or anything else that's beyond our control. In the event of cancellation of this assignment, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork shall be retained by GoodGirl Graphics.
DESIGN PROCESS
The Client must present all necessary information in order for the project to begin. This is including project information, such as text, logo files (.png format), photos, etc. Once all required information is received and the invoice is paid, the project turnaround time will begin.
REVISIONS
Each service gets 3 complimentary revisions. After the 3 revisions, any additional change to the design will result in a $15 charge PER change and must be paid before deliverables are sent. Revisions are for things like: fonts, color, size, placements, misspellings, etc., not a new design. Revision turnaround times may take up to 2 business days. Being thorough in your descriptions will help avoid needing more than 3 revisions. If it's a mistake on OUR end, then it doesn't count as a revision.
DRAFTS
Drafts of ANY kind are used for approval/viewing purposes only. They are not to be manipulated, copied, given to another designer or be taken for personal use. ALL drafts are the property of GoodGirl Graphics.
BUSINESS HOURS & COMMUNICATION
"The Client" understands that GoodGirl Graphics will only communicate during business hours. Our business hours are from Monday - Thursday: 10am - 7pm EST. We are closed on Fridays, weekends, statutory holidays and Islamic holidays.
All correspondence is done via e-mail or ClickUp to protect you ("The Client") and our company (GoodGirl Graphics), and to keep a papertrail to avoid miscommunication and be used for clarification, if needed. Once your payment is received, you'll be given a link to your ClickUp folder to get details & updates on the status of your order. There will be minimal contact from the designer during the design process, unless it's necessary. Should you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us via e-mail.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround times vary by package choice. These times are an estimate and don’t not include weekends, statutory holidays or revision time. If there is a delay and turnaround time needs to be extended, you will be informed via e-mail. Turnaround times begin when payment has been received. Revision times may extend the turnaround time and take up to 2 business days. Multiple changes & late responses may delay the project completion, so be sure to respond in a timely manner and be clear in your descriptions to avoid extra changes.
GHOST POLICY
GoodGirl Graphics works diligently to deliver projects within the turnaround time, so consistent communication is vital for a smooth and quick process. If your order has already begun and there is no communication from the last date of contact for more than 21 business days (1 calendar month), we will do ONE courtesy check-in via e-mail, and after 5 business days (1 calendar week) from that follow-up e-mail, your order will be terminated and you will not be refunded. For ghosted projects less than 60 calendar days old will result in a $150 restart fee. More than 60 calendar days, your project (including deals, credits and/or free offers) is forfeited and you must reorder, as the entire project will be removed from our system.
WEBSITES (If a website is included in "The Client's" package choice)
GoodGirl Graphics is not responsible for monthly fees or domain registration. Turnaround time begins once all information is received from the client. Pixelated images or poor quality cell phone images as NOT satisfactory product pictures and they will not be used on your website.
FINALIZATION + OWNERSHIP
Once you approve of the final design, you will be sent your final files via your Google Drive folder. You will not be sent your final files if you haven't paid the remaining balance of your order.
Once final files have been sent and your project is offboarded, any changes requested after your project has been closed will result in a $25 fee per change, even if you haven't used up all/any of your revisions. The Client's Google Drive and Clickup folders will be deleted after 30 calendar days (1 month) of offboarding, so be sure to download the folder before deletion. GoodGirl Graphics will keep your design files on our system for 3 calendar months from the close date. If the client needs the file(s) re-exported (i.e. due to loss, damage, etc.), there will be a $15 fee per file. After 3 months, the design(s) will be wiped from our system and the client will have to reorder.
FINAL FILES: Designs made for web will be sent in .JPG and .PNG format, and designs made for print will be sent in .PDF and .JPG format. Under no circumstance does GoodGirl Graphics give out .PSD or .AI files. All original .PSD/.AI files are to remain the property of GoodGirl Graphics. Once a project has been finalized and all deliverables have been sent, you, the Client own the rights to what you have purchased (final files). GoodGirl Graphics owns the source files and holds the right to add all artwork to our portfolio, unless otherwise discussed with the Client.
