Talk to us, not the host. Important things like payments, scheduling, promoting etc, should be brought to our attention so that we can run things efficiently.
Branding is important to us too. Any and all advertising and marketing; social media, physical flyers, word of mouth, etc for GT’s events must include the name “Good Thomas”.
Good Thomas hosts reserve the right to take off all major holidays. If you'd like service on a major holiday please coordinate with us so we can make our best effort to meet your requests.
Venue has the right to cancel free of charge one or all ongoing services at any time as long as 4 hours notice is given.
If in any situation venue does not give a 4+ hour cancellation notice, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. This goes directly to our valuable hosts who lose out when they could've been elsewhere.
All payments are due no later than conclusion of the event.
Failure to provide payment at the conclusion of the event may result in suspension of future services.
