MND and Me Referral Register of ACA Counsellors
ACA is pleased to be collaborating with the MND and Me Foundation on the development of a referral register of ACA counsellors who specialise in grief and/or chronic illness.

The MND and Me Foundation is a Queensland-based organisation dedicated to supporting people living with motor neurone disease (MND) and their families by ensuring equitable access to essential services when and where they are needed.

The Foundation is seeking expressions of interest from counsellors to be included on a referral register that will be shared with clients diagnosed with MND. They are particularly interested in counsellors who have experience supporting individuals and families in the areas of grief and loss, chronic illness, adjustment to life-limiting conditions and Carer / family support. Counsellors offering face-to-face services across Queensland and northern NSW, as well as those providing online counselling via telehealth, are encouraged to apply.
