No. Forewarn may only be used to vet someone that has reached out to you to request your professional real estate services. At the point where a phone number comes across your caller ID, you do not yet know who that person is or why they are calling. It could be a fellow REALTOR calling you or it could be something unrelated to real estate.
If I receive a new buyer lead, may I use Forewarn to learn more about that person?

Yes. If a person reaches out to you to request your professional real estate services, the act of that person reaching out to you gives you authorization to look them up in Forewarn.
No. Forewarn may only be used to vet sellers.
