RENTAL OPTIONS (Select One):

Daytime Rental - $800 (11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 4 hours)

Nighttime Rental - $800 (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 4 hours)

$200 Non-Refundable Deposit (Due at booking to reserve your date)

$100 Refundable Clean-Up Fee (Due with final payment; refunded if area is left clean and undamaged)

Exclusive Covered Patio Access - $150

(Contact management for availability and to confirm patio access)

- 4-hour private pool access - Shared patio area (unless exclusive add-on is selected) - Access to restrooms and deck seating - Music-friendly atmosphere

- All guests must be 21 years of age or older - valid ID may be required - Each guest must sign a liability waiver before entering the pool area - No outside food or drinks unless approved by management - No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - Alcohol permitted, but reckless or disrespectful behavior will result in removal - Children, minors, or underage guests are strictly prohibited - Renter is liable for all damages and guest conduct

- No smoking in the pool area or restrooms

- Music must remain at a respectful level

- Event must end at scheduled time to avoid overtime charges

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily renting the pool at The Bee Hive. I understand that swimming carries inherent risks, including injury or death, and that no lifeguard is on duty.

I agree to assume full responsibility for myself and my guests, and to waive and release The Bee Hive, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages related to pool or facility use.

I understand and agree that: - All guests must be 21+ and present valid identification upon request - Each guest is required to sign an individual liability waiver prior to pool entry - Failure to comply will result in cancellation without refund
