BOO BRIER 2025 VENDOR REGISTRATION

PLACE: Matthews Park

DATE: THURSDAY, October 29, 2026

TIME: 6 PM - 8 PM

SET UP: 4 PM - 6 PM

 

COST: $25

 

The purpose of this event is to give families a safe environment to gather as a community and give local businesses and organizations a venue to promote their products/services.

Registration fee includes an approximately 10' x 10' space around the large pavilion area. Spaces are limited and will be reserved first come, first serve. You may bring  tables, backdrops, tent, etc., as long as they fit within a 10' x 10' footprint. 

Please be prepared for 1000-1500 kids. You are also welcome to bring games, toys, candy and promotional materials for your organization. No product sales, please.

Terms & Conditions

I hereby agree and give my permission for the City of Greenbrier, Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce, and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the City of Greenbrier or Chamber websites, and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these works. I understand that the works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the City's or chamber's control. I agree that I will not hold the City of Greenbrier or Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
