      Yardwork for a ministry which collaborates with food pantries, social service agencies, and community organizations to grow fresh produce for households facing hunger. Open to all ages. Bring rakes and work gloves. Participants need to bring a signed waiver (one per family).

    • Mersades Ann Foundation (Wheaton)

      This ministry serves the children of those who are incarcerated. Help with fall clean up and the organization and preparation of their event space. Open to all ages.

      Leaf-raking (rain or shine) and cleaning for a ministry which supports women who have been exploited and trafficked. A Greenhouse alumna works for this Christian ministry. Open to all ages. Bring rakes and work gloves.

      Wayside Cross Ministries has several sites at which we can serve. 

      Main Campus

      • Various maintenance and housekeeping projects.
      • Warehouse work (must be 11 or older - No exceptions)

      Lifespring (8 blocks away from main campus) provides shelter and restoration for women.

      • Projects will primarily include cleaning.
