Company Description: green is a Kuwait-based education company focused on simplifying and supporting the college journey for high school students. It connects students with college application support, testing services, preparation resources, counseling, and other services they need during the transition from high school to university.
Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator supports the management, execution, and marketing of green's newest partnerships and services. The role focuses on ensuring partner services are effectively promoted to students, coordinating partnership-related campaigns and activities, communicating key updates internally, and ensuring agreed initiatives are executed and followed through successfully.
Initial Employment Period: October–December 2026
This position will begin with an initial 2.5-month evaluation period, during which performance, execution, creativity, and overall contribution will be assessed. Based on performance and the company’s growth during this period, there may be an opportunity to continue in the role beyond December.
Role Qualifications:
- Background or experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing, particularly Instagram.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ideas for reaching high school and university students.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently when needed.
- Familiarity with the Kuwait education or student market is PREFERRED but not required.
- Previous marketing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong portfolio, relevant university experience, or demonstrated marketing skills are also encouraged to apply.
