  • The Review Process

    Applications are reviewed as they are submitted throughout the year. The review process takes as many as 4 weeks. You will be notified via email of our decision on your application. You may be approved, denied, or wait-listed. The wait-list occurs where there are too many vendors in one category. We want to ensure the markets options are diverse in offerings. 

    Notice of Fees, if Accepted to Vend

    Application Fee

    A $15 non-refundable application fee is required of all new applicants and is due with your application. You can make this payment via PayPal at the end of your application.

    Market Day Fee 

    • Full Season Pass (May 6 - Sep 9 , 2023)
      • Farmers, Growers & Producers: $10 per market
      • Artisan & Crafters: $10 per market day
      • Specialty & Prepared Foods: $10 per market day
      • Food Truck Vendors: $20 per market
      •  
    • 1/2 Season Pass (Every other market day or at least 50% of market Days)
      • Farmers, Growers & Producers: $12 per market
      • Artisan & Crafters: $12 per market day
      • Specialty & Prepared Foods: $12 per market day
      • Food Truck Vendors: $25 per market
    • One Day Vendor Pass
      • Farmers, Growers & Producers: $20 per market
      • Artisan & Crafters: $20 per market day

      • Food Truck Vendors: $30 per market
    • Nonprofit Organizations: $10 per market day (must be pre-approved)

    All items must be handmade or homegrown, with the exception of non-profits booths.

  • Review the Greenwood Farmers & Artisans Market Rules Below

    1. There is a trial period before being granted full-membership status with the Greenwood Farmers & Artisans market (GFARM). Beginning in 2023, all new vendors will be subject to a one-year trial period to insure they are in compliance with GFARM and state rules and regulations. Continued market membership is not guaranteed.
    2. On-site production of food items is not allowed. 
    3. All signage must be submitted for approval by Greenwood Farmers Market.
    4. All vendors are responsible for their own products as well as securing any valuables.
    5. Electricity and water are not available in most vendor spaces.
    6. All food products must be licensed and approved by either or both, the Tulsa County Health Department and/or Oklahoma Department of Agriculture and obtain required licensing. Food Handlers Permit might be required. Vendor will need to check with the Health Department.
    7. Vendors shall have their vendor space set-up by 8:50 am and shall maintain the space adequately from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, each Saturday they are contracted to vend.
    8. The vendor will sell only items listed on application form, in order to avoid duplication.
    9. The vendor certifies that all products in the vendor’s business meets all safety standards & has not been modified.
    10. Any vendor selling prepared food/beverage at the market must obtain a Food Handlers Permit issued by Tulsa County Health Department. The permit must be good for every Saturday that a vendor is vending. Greenwood Farmers Market is not responsible for any issues arising from improper health and safety acts performed by the vendor.
    11. Vendors’ space shall be constructed and operated allowing free flowing traffic of pedestrians and customers.
    12. The Greenwood Farmers & Artisans Market does not guarantee the vendor any profits and makes no financial commitments whatsoever to the vendor.
    13. The vendor shall operate their booth at their own risk, Greenwood Farmers Market shall not in any way be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses to vendor including physical injuries, thefts, damages of product or any other loss or damage. Greenwood Farmers Market strongly urges Vendors to have Liability Insurance.
    14. The vendor agrees that all refuse or garbage will be removed by them at their own expense.
    15. All parking shall be in an allocation designated by Greenwood Farmers Market.
    16. The Greenwood Farmers & Artisans Market is not responsible for any loss or damage however caused to vehicles or property of the vendor.
    17. The vendor hereby certifies that it has adequate public liability and property damage insurance.
    18. The vendor releases the Greenwood Farmers & Artisans Market, The Greenwood Experience, Historic Greenwood District Main Street, and the hosting property owner, it’s organizers and sponsors, along with any volunteers or employees, from injury or damage incurred by the vendor and their agents.
    19. Greenwood Farmers Market is released from all liability and responsibility for theft, damage, or accidents with regard to all exhibitor displays prior to, during and/or after the event.
    20. Product liabilities, guarantees, and insurance are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
    21. The sale of weapons, fireworks, knives and pornography is strictly prohibited.
    22. Vendor applications are subject to the approval of the Greenwood Farmers & Artisans Market Committee and are not effective until signed by an authorized member of the Committee and notice provided in writing to the vendor.
    23. Breach of these respective covenants or conduct deemed unsatisfactory to the Greenwood Farmers & Artisans Market will result in immediate removal of the vendor.
    24. Vendors must contact the market Manager to schedule previously unscheduled days, at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Payment must be received upon arrival.
    25. All vendors who are required by the state to pay sales tax (farmers are exempt), must submit a copy of their sales tax permit with their application. Assessing, reporting, and remitting sales tax to the Oklahoma Tax Commission is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
    26. Vendor status can be revoked at any time. The Greenwood Farmers & Artisans Market reserves the right to refuse service. 
    27. Items depicting violence, nudity, or marijuana/cannabis are banned.
