GRIT is a growing charity supporting young people to build resilience, confidence and identity through a unique coaching-led approach. Over the past 8 years, we have grown from supporting our first young person to now working with 500–600 young people each year around Hitchin and Letchworth. As we enter the next phase of our growth, we are looking to strengthen our Board of Trustees and are seeking passionate, values-driven individuals to join us. We are looking for individuals who are wish to be part of a growing charity at a pivotal stage and who wish to use their skills to enhance the lives of young people as they navigate adolescence.
