Cookie Credit requests for troop travel or service unit events must be submitted by the troop leadership or service unit event coordinator via this form.

Please allow up to four weeks for distribution of funds.

This form must be submitted by the person managing the trip and should not be submitted by individual parent/caregivers. Please connect with your troop leadership or volunteer managing the trip and have them complete the form.

What is this request for?*

Troop TravelService Unit Event

- Your approved Troop Travel form must be submitted in advance of this form. Transfer requests will not be processed unless an approved Troop Travel form is on record.
- The cost of the event per girl must be included in order to process your request.
- Cookie Credits may only be used for the actual cost of the trip. They may not be used for spending money on a trip.
Please allow up to four weeks for distribution of funds. All Cookie Credit requests will be paid out to the troop via check.

Please only submit this request once for all of the girls in your troop. Do not submit multiple times for individual girls unless you run out of space on the form. Multiple requests for the same trip may result in delay of the funds being issued.
