For Parent/Caregiver
Girl Scouts can request Cookie Credits for approved Girl Scout activities. Each girl must submit this form to the council headquarters to initiate the disbursement of funds. Cookie Credits may only be used by the girl who earned them.

Please allow up to four weeks for distribution of funds. All Cookie Credit requests will be paid out to the troop/service unit via check.

*The minimum amount of cookie credits that may be requested is 25.00.

*NOTE: Cookie Credits are not transferable and can ONLY be used by the girl who earned them.

The Cookie Credits Redemption form states, the following are approved activities:

• GSUSA Destinations

• Girl Scout Camp (To request funds for camp include the name of session and date(s), and link to the camp in submission. Monies paid in full for the session cannot be reimbursed. We suggest paying the deposit. Requested funds are mailed directly to the council hosting the camp. Allow 4 weeks for approval and processing.

• Council Sponsored Programs: must have the exact amount of the program fee to request the use of credits towards the program event.

• Highest Awards Expenses: (Must submit all receipts at one time in the same submission request).

• Cookie credits can be used for troop trip travel or for service unit events but must be submitted by troop leadership via the form link located in the Cookie Credits Redemption form.

Membership Renewal
Cookie Credits may only be used by the girl who earned them.

You are not able to renew adult or sibling memberships with Cookie Credits.

Lifetime Membership
A Girl Scout Lifetime Membership is $200 for new Girl Scout alum. You do not have to have the full amount to apply Cookie Credits towards this cost. You will be contacted to cover any remaining balance. Cookie Credits may only be used by the girl who earned them.

Girl Scout Camp
Cookie Credits may be redeemed for Girl Scout Camp. This camp can be hosted by GSGCF or another Girl Scout council. Cookie Credits may only be used by the girl who earned them.

Please note we will not be able to process partial payments towards camp costs.

If you are attempting to request funds for a troop camp out this is a troop travel request. Please work with your troop leadership to submit the correct form.
