Cookie Troop Opt-Out Request

The opportunity to opt-out of receiving Cookie Product Program Girl Rewards in exchange for higher proceeds is extended to Girl Scout Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador troops with 5 or more registered girls (3 girls for S/A) only. Multi-level troops containing younger girls are not eligible.

Additional proceeds of $.05 per package will be given to troops that select this option.

The decision to opt-out must be unanimous for all participating girls.

Please note:

Girls in troops that opt-out are still eligible to earn patches and membership renewal.
Girls in troops that opt-out are not eligible to receive Cookie Credits.
Troops that opt-out are still eligible for the Initial Reward Incentives.

This form must be completed no later than 2/1/26.
