Deadline for all nominations and endorsements: January 24, 2025.
This nomination must be completed and submitted in one sitting. You may want to PRINT the nomination to gather needed information before beginning. To print, simply right-click anywhere on the page.
Please note that when the committee reviews nominations/endorsements, they will be looking for detailed information, specifically regarding accomplishments at the Service Unit level, the Council level, and/or beyond. Be sure to provide as many detailed examples as you can gather showing why your candidate should be recognized.
We highly recommend that the nominator include comprehensive information on the nominees. Then the endorsers back up the information and/or provide any additional details. The nominator should be gathering as much of the required information as possible. Please consult with your Service Unit Manager, Membership Engagement Specialist, or the GSHNC Customer Care Team if you need assistance.
If the nominee has received a Board Level Award in the past, please provide information on what the nominee has accomplished AFTER receiving the last award.
Please note that all awards may be received only once in a lifetime.
