Notice: We are thrilled by the incredible interest in Geelong Summer Music Camp for 2026! Due to an overwhelming number of applications, registrations for most instruments and voice types are now closed. To ensure balanced ensembles and an optimal experience for all participants, we are currently only accepting registrations for the following instruments:

Bass Clarinet
Double Bass
Electric Bass
Euphonium
French Horn
Percussion
Tenor Sax (Grades 1–3)
Trombone (Grade 4+)
Tuba
Viola (Grade 4+)
Voice

Confirmation of Registration – Geelong Summer Music Camp 2026

By submitting this registration application for the Geelong Summer Music Camp 2026, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Attendance Commitment
To ensure the success of the camp and a rewarding experience for all participants, I understand that all campers are expected to:
- Attend a placement audition on the afternoon of Sunday, 11 January 2026
- Be present for all rehearsals and tutorials from Monday, 12 January to Thursday, 15 January 2026
- Participate in the sound check and final concert on Friday, 16 January 2026
2. Photography and Videography Consent
Photographs and video footage may be taken during the camp and final concert. These materials may be used by the Geelong Summer Music Camp for promotional purposes, including social media, print materials, and online content.

3. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
If you need to withdraw from the camp after submitting this application, a withdrawal fee may apply and will be deducted from any registration refund. We will discuss the specific details with you at the time of withdrawal.

4. Instrument Responsibility
I understand that each camper is responsible for the care and safety of their personal instrument(s) and any camp-provided equipment entrusted to them.

5. Code of Conduct
I understand that all campers registered in this application are expected to follow the Geelong Summer Music Camp's code of conduct. This includes showing respect for staff, tutors, fellow participants, and facilities, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment. As the parent/guardian (or camper, if over 18), I agree to support and uphold these expectations throughout the camp week.
