This form is to request Juliette Funds to use for GSUSA Membership fees, GSNEO Program Registration, Local Service Unit events, and Gold Award projects.

Has your Juliette participated in GSNEO Product Programs (cookies; magazine/snack)? Did she become a Juliette as a result of her troop disbanding? Juliettes have funds available to support their Girl Scout experience!

This form can be submitted more than once, up to the amount your Girl Scout Juliette is qualified for based on available funds.

You will receive email confirmation once your coupon has been created in ActiveNet. Available funds/coupon may not cover the cost of the full program/camp requested. Any remaining balance is your responsibility.

*Juliette fund requests for GSNEO program, event, or camp opportunities are now created as coupons in ActiveNet and can be used by/on behalf of the requesting Juliette or her caregiver/chaperone. Coupons are able to be applied toward payment in your shopping cart for eligible items based on your request. Remember that Pathway Pass program credits can be used as payment for GSNEO program, event, and camp opportunities as well, and also appear for application during the checkout process. Girl Scouts can earn Pathway Pass program credits from participation in the Fall Product Program & Cookie Program. Local Service Unit Activities and Events

Request funds for a local Service Unit event or activity

**Once approved, the funds will be deposited into the Service Unit bank account. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and transfer of funds.

Transfer Juliette Funds to Troop

Has your Juliette recently joined a troop? To request a transfer of funds, please provide the troop number below. Per GSNEO Member & Volunteer Policies, once the transfer is completed, the funds will belong to the troop. All Girl Scouts in a troop benefit evenly from the troop funds and there is no individual benefit.

**Once approved, the funds will be deposited into the Troop bank account. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and transfer of funds. Funds cannot be transferred if the troop does not have a bank account on file with GSNEO.

Gold Award Project

To request funds for a Gold Award project, please provide the following information: Service Unit number, list of project supplies needed, dollar amount requested.

*Only Girl Scout Senior or Girl Scout Ambassador Juliettes (ninth through twelfth grade or equivalent) that have an approved Gold Award may request funds towards a Gold Award Project.
