I waive any claim or cause of action I may have against the promoters of the tournament, Guzman Martial Arts,Mayfield High School, Las Cruces Public Schools, the judges, other competitors, and the United States Association of Martial Artists, that may arise out of my participation inthis tournament. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter, Guzman Martial Arts, the judges, other competitors, and the United States Association of MartialArtists or Las Cruces Public Schools, for any injuries or damages which may arise due to my participation in the tournament.
