Non-member Workshop Registration
This Workshop Registration Form is for GVQC Members.
TO REGISTER: Select the workshop(s) that you would like to attend. The cost of each one day workshop is $60, two day workshops are $120. The total will be automatically calculated. When "Submit" is selected you will be redirected to the secure Paypal site where you will be able to pay with either a credit card or your Paypal account. You will receive a confirmation email which includes the workshop(s) you have registered for. Please print the email as your record of registration.
If you are requesting a GVQC Scholarship, contact the GVQC Treasurer to apply and submit the paper workshop registration form available on the GVQC website or at meetings. Scholarships are not need based.
LOCATION AND TIME: Registered participants will receive location information prior to the workshop.
REFUND POLICY: Should you need to withdraw from a workshop, contact the Registrar, Jenna Darlak, by phone only at 585-586-8708. Full refund will be made if withdrawal is made at least 30 days prior to the workshop. If you withdraw less than 30 days prior to the workshop and there is someone on the waiting list, you will be given the name of the person. It is your responsibility to contact that person to arrange your reimbursement. It there is no one on the waiting list, it is your responsibility to find a replacement for the class and notify the registrar of the replacement. All financial arrangements are between the two parties. If you cannot find a replacement, (1) you must notify the registrar, and (2) you will receive a voucher that must be used for another class within six (6) months.

Completing Your Workshop Registration.
Before clicking on Submit, double check your registration information and workshop selection(s). When you click on Submit, you will be redirected to PayPal for secure payment using your credit card or PayPal account. After submitting and paying, you will see a "Thank You" that your registration has been received. Separately, you will receive an email confirmation of your selected workshops. Please print the email as your record of registration and payment.
