  • Information for New Student Registrations 

    If your child is not currently a student at The Rawḍah Madrasah and is between the ages of 7 and 11 years (we will consider applications for children aged 7 lunar years), please complete the form below if you would like them to be considered for a place at the Rawḍah Madrasah.

    Please note we will primarily be offering places for children aged 7-8 years. A small number of places for those aged 9-11 years old will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

    Information for Returning Students

    If your child is currently a student at the Rawḍah Madrasah and will be returning for the new academic year 2025-2026 please complete the form below. Please be aware that enrollment for the new academic year will not be completed until all outstanding fees are cleared. 

    What's next?

    Upon submitting your registration, a member of our team will be in touch with you to take a deposit and complete your registration. We aim to do this within 10-14 working days.

    The deadline for new applications is Sunday 17th August 2025. Applications submitted after this time may not be accepted even if they are submitted successfully.

  • Rawḍah Madrasah Expectations 

    I have read the website www.rawdahmadrasah.co.uk and Parent Handbook www.rawdahmadrasah.co.uk/parents  and agree to the expectations contained therein.

  • Accidents

    I understand that I will be contacted immediately in the case of an accident, either by a telephone call or written correspondance. In the event of an accident, I understand that Rawḍah Madrasah staff will seek medical advice where necessary and take the appropriate action needed. 

  • Photographs

    Photographs and video will be taken during classes and activities  I give permission for my child's/children's photograph and video to be used for displays and marketing purposes.

     

  • Communication

    It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform The Rawḍah Madrasah of any changes to contact details including phone number, email contact or home address.

    The Rawḍah Madrasah will primarily communicate with parent's via a WhatsApp broadcast for day to day matters and email for other updates. 

    I agree to be contacted via WhatsApp broadcast and will add the Rawḍah mobile number Felicity House, Liverpool (07736 772 151) or Mustafa Mount, Bradford (07404 820 563) in order to receive messages.

  • 5. Payment Plan

  • Payment Plan Details

    Payment Plan 1: Full Payment: The full payment invoice will be issued by October 2025 at the latest.

    Payment Plan 2: Two Instalments: The first instalment invoice will be issued in October 2025 and the second in January 2026.

    Payment Plan 3: 10 Monthly Instalments: Payments will be taken around the 3rd of each month from September 2025 to June 2026.

  • Application

    Each applicant must submit a completed application form and pay the £250 deposit invoice which will be emailed within 14 days in order to register for the Rawḍah Madrasah.  

    Course Fee Payment

    The course fee for each each child per academic year is made up of the deposit (£250) and the remaining course fee. For more details about fees please visit https://rawdahmadrasah.co.uk/parents

    Parents are required to pay the course fee in full even if they choose to spread the payment using a payment plan. Rawḍah Madrasah reserves the right to cancel a student’s enrolment if deposits or payment plan fees are not paid when due.

    Late applicants are required to pay the full course fee regardless of the date they start the course.

    Any outstanding fees for returning students must be cleared before they can be enrolled for the new academic year. 

    Cancellation & Refunds

    Should you cancel your application, you shall forfeit some or all of your payment, depending on the date of the cancellation, details are as follows:

    1. Notification received by the end of week one of the course: The deposit is non-refundable.

    2. Notification received by the end of first month  of the course: You will owe 50% of the full course fee. 

    3. Notification received after the last day of the first term of the course: There are no refunds and the whole course fee will be owed. 


    Limitation of Liability

    Greensville Trust shall not be responsible for any loss or injury obtained when attending as a student of the Rawdah Madrasah. By signing this agreement, you agree that you, your heirs, legal representatives, or any member of your family will not make a legal claim against or sue Greensville Trust for its work in managing and administering the course. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be construed, enforced, and governed according to the laws of England and applicable to agreements made and to be performed in the United Kingdom. 

    Any reference herein to the limitation of liability of Greensville Trust shall also mean that all agents, servants and employees of Greensville Trust shall have no individual liability whatsoever in connection with such specified events. This agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties and may only be changed or provisions waived by a writing signed by both parties.
